Joel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and an American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Specialist. Joel has always been active; he began running track at a young age and did not stop until after college. He understands human movement and enjoys helping people reach goals that they thought they could never achieve. Joel believes that the key to achieving your goals is consistency, while never forgetting that fitness can and should be fun! He will make your workouts fun and challenging, keep you motivated, and above all keep you consistent.
