Matthew Collins, CSCS

Matthew attended Western Michigan University where he majored in Exercise Science. After graduation he completed multiple internships with college athletic programs, first with the University of Tennessee working with the football, soccer, and crew teams and subsequently with the Western Michigan football program. In addition to his extensive knowledge regarding sports performance, Matthew also understands the benefits of applying a holistic approach to fitness in order to optimize individual development of the body as well as the mind. Personally, Matthew has competed in powerlifting and strongman competitions, and has achieved his own weight loss success, losing over 80 pounds in order to pursue trail running and endurance athletics.
